Action: General secretariat and press office for the launch of the Company’s Green Power division. Planning of the event defining the convention’s targets and contents, liaising with the speakers and the moderator. Among the other tasks: database management, coordination of suppliers and collaborators, graphic creativity for printed items and any other set-up materials for the Science and Technology Museum of Milan spaces. Press office to keep the contacts with national press journalists. Storyboard and direction of two videos: the institutional one and the short promotional spot about the new Company’s division.
